Review: Great grease, better than litium in my opinion - The CRC red grease shakes up like an aerosol, but sprays as a thick liquid kinda like the white lithium grease. For the jobs I've used it on, which has been 20 year old frozen/seized semi truck door handles and key locks, it works really well and sticks/stays where you want it. The red extendy nozzle gets it in to deep tight spaces extremely well. It's easy to wipe off excess without leaving a slimy residue. Great value and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a different option from white lithium.

**Q: Does it come with the skinny straw for pinpoint spraying?**
A: Mine came with the straw.

**Q: Does this work for exercise equipment? I have a rower and a stepper.**
A: While this an excellent lubricant, for exercise equipment I would only use it underneath and out of sight, as it is sticky and red in color, and may stain clothes. I would recommend silicone grease spray on the upper moving parts of exercise equipment, and underneath also, which is clear and less messy.

**Q: Can this work on a pulley bearing? I can’t remove the bearing, nor take off the cover, can this penetrate and lubricant pulley bearings?**
A: Yes it will work. Spray it then run the engine. Do this a couple times to move the grease throughout the bearing.
