Or would you use the same amount of water in the bath with or without it?** A: This bath shortener is hollow on the inside and has openings in various places, so you'd use pretty much the same amount of water. I like to fill up the bath tub completely, let the water drain into the shortener's largest opening and then flip it over, so the largest opening is at the bottom - and then use the suction cups to attach it to the foot end of the tub.
