There too big just need a smaller size

There's nothing worse than spending a mint for incontinence products only to have them leak and saturate your clothes as you transfer from your wheelchair. I have tried virtually every type of adult brief in every size, and I love these because they keep the urine in the brief and not down my clothes and puddling on the floor. It's tough enough being sequestered in a wheelchair for ambulation, and such a pain to transfer to the toilet that I skip hourly voids to every other hour, especially in public -- but the embarrassment of a urine leak is so hard to overcome. Especially around those who aren't aware that when nerves in the spine are crushed, your bladder (and often bowel) aren't working normally. I'd much rather keep my urine in a brief than on my wheelchair and clothing. This is the only brief that keeps the urine contained.

This product arrived in good condition and in timely fashion , the size is good, but it is a so-so product. I don't expect to buy it again. There was no problem with the seller. The transaction went fine.

Fortunately, my father recently made it to age 86. Unfortunately, he now is completely incontinent. He was in the hospital for pneumonia and was sent home with this same exact product. I searched (my bible ,Amazon prime....😉 and god bless there they were.) $$$ not bad whatsoever. Have you seen the $$$ for some of the adult "diapers" ?? Being female and having to "wear" protection for over 35 years - you know what I'm taking about ladies....I desperately wanted my father to be comfortable . Dad has a beer belly or as we say, a "cookie" belly. And we still have material left over on top of his belly. 5'5" - around 198\200 lbs. And his navel -mid section measures 52 inches. Hope that helps. (6pm -6am the pad will be filled, and many times there are NO leaks.) The product especially helps me to help my father who is elderly and has Parkinson's disease. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worse diapers ever in terms of absorbency and I have tried many. At least they were large enough, but there was no padding for urine to go into. The entire diaper stretches out and urine just falls out the side. Perhaps they need to get real people to try out their products. This item wasted a lot of time and effort for me.

I can not say that these are the best to absorb nor do I feel that they hold as much as many I’ve tried, but if you don’t need something for a heavy flow then I’d say these are good. I do think they are the most comfortable I have ever tried and they run large so make sure you order correctly. Do not think I will purchase again they don’t fit my needs

I have been using this underwear for a couple of years it is excellent product for a perfect fit It has great absorption I am a female but it is unisex B product. I have not found a better product Easy to order Price is in line with most other products.

They sent me my package in two days and everything was great. They are always careful the way bay pack things. I’m very pleased with everything I’ve ordered from them.

El pañal cumple con lo que promete, es para personas que no están incapacitadas completamente. Es tipo calzón, y no de broche. El material es ligero a los costados (en la parte de la cintura) , no es tan grueso, y es lo que que se quejan los otros reviewers de EEUU; pero es aguantador, resistente, y la ventaja que es ligero, permite que sea cómodo y fácil de llevar sobre la ropa. En la parte del paño absorbente es grueso y cómodo, es unisex. Como menciona las especificación del pañal, es para personas no incapacitadas completamente, esto, por el nivel de absorción que tiene el paño absorbente que es aceptable y bueno, pero no va a absorber demasiada orina. Las aberturas para las piernas son muy amplias y cómodas para las personas con muslos muy gruesos.

Not good at all does not cover you at all they too thin legs to wide very disgusting wast of money could not use anymore off them and they falling apart. I will not recommend them to any one.Not good at all Sorry.Shouldnot be sold .

So having a hard time with COVID getting the standard always brand we normally get for family. There isn't many options for 2x, so I gave these a try. Wasn't expecting much, but pleasantly surprise. Fits well, a little "heavier" than the Always but better that than too thin. Leg holes don't fit too tight, but otherwise good. Seems to be a great replacement option till things get back to normal.

330 Lb size 58 male. They are the most comfortable and fit better than any other diaper that I have tried. One usually lasts all day, with a second pair lasting the night unless I have unusual volume. I use an adhesive tabbed pad underneath them to catch leakage. I would like to try the 'Super' model but cannot find it.

While they fit around they do not come to the waist. They need to be an inch wider in the crotch area. The padding is hard and stiff making them very uncomfortable to wear. Would never buy again.
