It is perfect for adding grip to the very slick and often slippery Pixel 4 XL.I was looking for a case that met three primary needs. First, a case that provided a small degree of protection, which is inherent to all ultra slim cases. This case with the fabric and pocket provides more protection than most of the equally thin snap-on type cases out there. Next, I needed a case that allowed for better grip of the gloss black glass backed Pixel 4 XL and the fabric over the PC shell does that well while also protecting the back glass from scratches. Finally, I wanted a case that was thin enough that it worked without any effort when used on all of the wireless chargers I own, including the Pixel Stand. This case met or exceeded all 3 of my basic needs.A step further, on top of the 28-32k miles I drive in a passenger vehicle, I also ride a Harley about 20-22k miles a year & use a ram mount. This case protects the back of the device from developing the round etching from the mounts base plate, which encloses the mechanical components that provide tension for the arms. I also always carry a wallet 99% of the time. I thought the pocket would be perfect for times when I only want to carry some cash or a card and my ID, however I found that the pocket is also perfect for inserting a metal plate for use with magnetic mounts and with the right plate, I can keep it in the pocket all the time so it doesn't get lost while still using the wireless Pixel Stand and several other wireless chargers without any negative effect.It definitely is not the sturdiest case, but that's not what I was looking for here. If you want super ultra thin and great drop protection, we'll get ready to either pay through the nose, or to compromise. No, this case is perfect if you are looking for basic protection that works with tempered glass screen protectors. It is perfect if you want added grip. It is excellent of you want wireless charging and magnetic mounts. It is perfect if you want all of the sensors to work well, without interference, including Motion Sense. It doesn't not have cutouts, so not stiff buttons or blocked speakers or camera. It is also perfect for showing off the form of the Pixel 4 XL & for being easy on and off, but not so way that it always pops off.Lastly, two words of advice; Follow the directions and install it cross corner. Second, if it isn't a perfect fit immediately, leave the case on and pull down the corners once in a while and it will form to the device even better after a day or two. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Only Good for Grip *by K***K on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2019* I was really looking forward to this purchase, but after a few weeks of usage, I have made several observations.Pros:The grip is pretty sturdy, compared to other leather wallet phone cases I have used in the past.Cons:This case lacks protection for the bottom of the phone. The image makes it appear as though there would be more protection for the bottom of the phone, which is why I chose this case over others.This is pretty obvious, but there is only one card slot, which can be pretty restricting at times. ### ⭐ Poor quality *by A***W on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2020* I wanted a cheap temporary case for my phone.
