Sturdy, works as advertised

I bought these for using with my gelli plate to roll out the acrylic paint. I’m not sure if these are soft enough, but I haven’t seen any problems and they do the job, feel like quality brayers! These are a great deal and had great reviews when I bought them months ago.

I sometimes use collage in my artwork and have sometimes because of the thickness of the paper I am using, it would not adhere well to my canvas panel. Which would in turn cause bubbles to form. When I would used something like a scraper, the collage paper would tear sometimes tear. When I used a small paint roller, they did not have the firmness like the brayer, and they would not do the job, plus brushstrokes would appear. But with these sturdy brayers. I simply put wax paper over my collage and then slide the brayer over the wax paper (so that the brayer does not adhere to the sticky collage wet adhesive). Now my collage papers are smooth and professional looking. Added bonus since I am using this brayer over wax paper, there is no clean up. Plus there are two of them in the package. They are not some flimsy plastic, they are constructed nicely. I dropped one accidentally on a cement floor and it did not break, it still works well.
