Avoid hot cleaning , just cold water
Works pretty good, good quality , just be careful , avoid to put it in the dish washer machine because the high heat affects de durability of the piece , in other words dry the plastic dramatically over time, my advice wash the piece just with cold water, we use it in a restaurant environment so we use the robot coupe several times during the day.
