O'Grady, The cones are all hand made, therefore not all of them will fit perfectly. Josh (RAW's owner) came out saying this and it is currently one of the flaws that they have. However the ratio is pretty low on the ones that do not fit. I recommend taking out the white plug in and then inserting it once the cone is already placed.
