This pine cleaner is just as good as pinesol it just isn't as dark in color and it doesn't smell as strong but that doesn't bother me at all. We use it to clean and as a pesticide for unwanted bugs. We mix it half and half with water in a spray bottle and spray around our doors and window sills ever so often to deter ants. It works like a dream. The only thing I can complain about is the recent price hike. But still cost less by volume than pinesol.

Bad as I hate to admit this - my use for this isn't the norm. Back in the summer I was attacked and I do mean literally by some weird type roach. I tried everything imaginable to be rid of them and nothing was working. The company I buy my pest products from even referred me to my local county agent saying they've had tons of complaints about their products not working this year. Spoke to the agent and past saying they believe these things are a mix of a german and a Turkestan roach they offered nothing really to be rid of them. So I was in the feed store one day and speaking to an older man about it. He said to try industrial strength Pine Sol. So I decided to give this a try. It does have a strong pine scent like the old Pine Sol did...and these bugs utterly hate it. It will kill small ones on contact and the larger ones in a spray or two. I started spraying twice a day and now they are almost gone. It was been the most awful thing to deal with as I do regular maintenance for bugs because we live in the country. So if you have a similar issue give this a try......way cheaper than all the stuff I bought and I don't mind spraying it everywhere instead of poisons.

I’m partial to the smell of pine I just love it and Zep works really well. I use the zep first and then I follow through with the original Pine-Sol and I like the way my bathroom comes. So I get the cleanliness I’m looking for without costing a lot because if I went straight Pine-Sol as we all know, their prices are out of control😖 for a bottle I used to pay $12 for they want $45 now for the same bottle so by using Zep with pine sol , I use less Pine-Sol and get the same results.

What I like about this is it’s stronger than Pinesol plus you get more ounces than if you were to buy it in the supermarket. Worth the buy

It has a pine smell faint to be concentrated it’s a thin consistency like liquid or water. Cause me to use more than I expected put it did degrease overall

Scent doesn’t overwhelm. Does nice job cleaning vinyl floors. Similar to another version I got years ago for removing blood stains on concrete floors.
