Effective and easy to take
I’ve been using these Natrol Melatonin tablets for a while now, and they are my go-to for sleep support. The "fast dissolve" feature really works—it’s convenient because you don’t need water to take them, and they act quickly to help me wind down. The strawberry flavor is pleasant and not overly medicinal. Most importantly, I don’t feel any grogginess or "hangover" effect the next morning, which is a huge plus. Great supplement to remedy sleepless nights!
I first purchased this from Costco, and I was super excited to see that Amazon has these. These melatonin tablets are great. I find them more effective than the 5mg gummies for some reason. They taste great and dissolve quickly. A little on the sweet side, but I usually drink water afterwards. I notice they kick in pretty fast as well (around 10-20 minutes for me to get drowsy)! Overall a great value product, considering the amount of tablets you get and how many you take a night. I take one 5mg tablet most of the time, but if I’m really having trouble sleeping, I’ll take two tablets. These last me a long time!

Great Melatonin option
They work great! The taste is okay considering they are dissolving tablets. You get a ton of tablets for the price! It’s great! Most importantly I get tired within 30 minutes of taking!
