I've been using this at work for over a year and finally got a second one for the house. I have a few other diffusers, but this one is by far the best of the bunch for all different sorts of teas (teas with fine leafs as well as teas with dried fruits) and the easiest to clean out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adds whimsy to tea making *by S***. on August 3, 2014* I have been using this robot tea infuser for awhile now. I was worried it was a bit flimsy, but it has held up, and any clasping issues I have had when closing usually can be corrected by bending the metal "ears" a bit. Really, my only complaint is that it opens in the middle. I usually fill it full (to make a pitcher of tea, not just a cup), and it can be frustrating to close it and not lose any of the tea leaves. But, that is really my only complaint.
