Having accumulated a lot of silverware over the years, our old expandable organizer was just not working. Knives, forks and spoons ended up being jumbled together and sometimes sliding out of the organizer entirely. I found this Kwijns Kreations organizer on Amazon and was impressed with the price, its bamboo construction and the reported size. After carefully measuring my drawer, I ordered it. It arrived quickly and I was happy to find that it fit my drawer perfectly. From front the back, it fits snugly and from side to side it has expandable leaves that you can use or not as you wish. I ended up using them and it makes the drawer look totally new. The best part is the depth of the individual utensil compartments leaves plenty of room for us to accumulate more silverware in the future! This is a very good product at an excellent price.

This was EXACTLY what I needed! I got two sets of Fiesta flatware, which meant I needed an organizer that was deep enough and had enough compartments to hold 16 pieces of each item (forks, spoons, knives). Most organizers are far too shallow. I also have oddly sized drawers - a bit too wide for a typical organizer, so they slide around and use the space inefficiently, but too narrow for the wider ones. This was PERFECT! I could stretch it to fit perfectly. It has more than enough dividers for all the spoons, forks, knives and serving pieces, is deep enough to hold 16 of each (and they're kind of bulky with the Fiesta handles) and even accommodates a few things like a peeler and ice cream scoop. I love it! I'm going to be getting more for my other drawers!

Very high quality craftsmanship and bamboo. well-made, very sturdy, and even survived the dishwasher, But this was an emergency wash and I think you're not supposed to do that but we had no choice. In future we will hand wash it because I think that's what the instructions say anyhow.

I absolutely love our new drawer organizer. Our drawer is no longer cluttered and looks neatly organized. I love how it expands on both sides and it fits the entire drawer. It seems to be made of good quality. We have other drawers that also need something, so we will definitely be finding something very similar to fit our other odd sized drawers as well. We have looked everywhere for the past year, trying to find an organizer for our largest drawer and have had issues finding one that fully fit the entire drawer. Was just about to have someone custom make drawer organizers, but saw this and decided one last try. So glad we did because this one fits as if it was made specifically for the drawer. We definitely made a great purchase and saved money from having an organizer custom made. Thank you so very much!!!!

There are a number of different bamboo drawer organizers available on Amazon. And this one is really nice. Looks great, and functions well. Three things to be aware of: 1) How deep is your drawer? Lots of organizers are less than 2" deep. This one is 2.8", so it will hold more silverware. 2) How long and wide is your drawer? Measure it, then compare the sizes of the organizers. You don't want one that's too small, or you'll waste drawer space and won't be able to store all the stuff you want. Too big, and it won't fit. This one expanded to fit my drawer side to side, and we sat something behind it to hold it in place. 3) How well is it constructed? Read the reviews. This one is made very well, and is well worth the money.

My wife bought a ton of additional silverware that no longer fit in our standard drawer organizer. Everything was overflowing their compartments and spilling into adjacent spaces. This extra deep organizer fixed the problem, and also has sections that are long enough to fit the lengthier pieces (i.e our steak knives are longer than average and didn't fit the previous unit very well). UPDATE: This product fell apart after just a few weeks. Most of the dovetail joints, and some of the other tongue-and-groove joints, have completely separated. It almost looks as though there was never any glue in there in the first place, so I'm not sure what was holding it together. Apparently, the delicate joints can't handle the weight of all of the additional silverware that can be stored in the unit due to the fact that is has much deeper than average compartments. Each time the drawer is opened or closed, the silverware will unavoidably slide back and forth in each compartment, unless you are ever so delicate in the process, which we all know no one is. Therefore, repeated bumping of the silverware against its forward and rearward compartment walls will eventually break apart the enclosure, leading to progressive failure of the rest of the joints, as the structural rigidity of the entire box is now compromised. Fortunately, I have the requisite woodworking tools/supplies to glue and clamp it back to usefulness again, probably stronger than it was ever intended to be in the first place. Maybe I just got a bad one, but if I can fix it that easily then it should have been made more sturdily in the first place. I still really like what it offers, I just wish I didn't have to empty it all out, take it the rest of the way apart and fix it all back up again. UPDATE #2: How ironic that the description for this item says, "Tired of cheaply made", because this thing is pure junk, and I don't usually leave such negative reviews unless totally warranted. As mentioned above, it disintegrated in no time at all. All of these positive reviews must be paid/fake, because they can't possibly be referring to the item I got. I thought I'd be able to put it back together but it's so flimsy it's hopeless to even try. As soon as it came apart, the bottom warped so badly that it's just not worth the time and effort to fix it. THIS IS CHEAP MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP! It absolutely will not stand the test of time. Do yourself a favor and get something made of metal. Or, take the cash equivalent of what this cost and throw it out the window. Same net result.

The Kwijns EXPANDABLE 100% Pure Bamboo is beautiful in shape and color, and excellent as drawer organizer. My kitchen drawers are about 1" inch longer and 2 1/2" wider, but this was not a problem. I did place extra cooking utensils in this spaces and they blocked the organizer from moving. The compartments are deep and they store about 2 set for 12, plus an assortment of other objects. I was so happy with the first organizer that i immediately ordered a second one. And, of course , i will check for new additional organizers from this company. Thanks for making such a good product! i love the organizer when it worked without issues. i got two of these, one was good and the other was slightly misaligned and did not fit perfectly when i tried to apply two way tape and hold it to the sides the one which was good broke after 6 months due to upward pressure of spoons hitting the top panel when closing the drawer during normal usage. i fixed it myself with glue and extra wood support. their glue and nails should be improved so the organizer has better life. otherwise it is perfect with deep space and fits my very wide drawer perfectly.
