is this the same as Koala cleaner?

No, it is made by the same company, but Calyptus is "all natual" whereas the Koala is not. I have used both, and the Calyptus leaves a slight haze on my glasses. I prefer the Koala, just my two cents.

Not oily at all When you wipe it to clean it use one side to spread the liquid well then use the other dry side to finish drying it off. There’s a YouTube video from the makers that explains all the details.
