Iโve been using these for many years, they work well, are always reliable and consistent. I have found that the cheap imitations will sometimes fly apart in use, not something you want at 20,000 rpm. 3M has always been top notch.

I bought these to use for minor rust removal and they work extremely well. I do go through a few but they are a good buy.

Theses work well for taking rust off of the brakes or any tight areas

There's no substitute in roloc 2" discs. 3m runs this show. Dont try to cheap out. It's always waste of your money. These discs erode and shrink as you use them to expose new abrasive they also are flexible and if you trim back the rubber on your mandrel you can get these into corners to smooth welds nicely. On average these last around four times as long as others, and they never melt and leave residue on your work. 3M is on the right in the picture. Pretty much shows you what you need to know. That disc was used for nearly 20 minutes where the other 2 left (benchmark) used for about 60 seconds. I've used red and brown of these and they perform well. Brown does good material removal, red leaves a nice finish.
