Good seasoning, citrus flavour is orange forward. This is better for grilling meats rather than cooking on stove or oven. Can be used alone but better when used alongside additional seasonings and fresh garlic and herbs

I bought this to try and recreate a Simply Cook (meal kit recipe) that kept going out of stock for Cuban Mojo Prawn Linguine and I have to say this is really good. I won't be buying the kits any more as I can make it cheaper and better myself now! I will be trying it out on salmon fillets next.

This stuff has a great prominent citrus flavor. I was surprised at how spicey it is though. Much more spicy than I would have thought. Not overbearing but it will definitely overtake the food if you use too much
