Great Build and Practical Design
I’ve tried different cycling pumps, and this one stands out for its solid build and reliable feel. The materials are strong, and it feels very durable overall. I also really like the size and weight, It’s compact and easy to carry, which is exactly why I chose it. The pressure gauge is very practical, and it’s easy to use. The only minor issue is that sometimes it takes a bit of effort to screw the head onto the valve, but once it’s in place, it stays secure and doesn’t let air escape during pumping.

works well and looks great in real life
I've only had this about 3 days. I bought it as an emergency inflator for my motorcycle. I have a battery powered tiny compressor but that lives inside one of my side bags and obviously the day I get a flat on the road will be a day I took off the bag for some reason. Anyway, all I can comment on is: Perceived build quality - Excellent, feels rock solid, nice texture, great feel. Inflator tube also looks very good. Appearance - Looks Great. I went with the gunmetal-ish color and it's very attractive. Not a criteria I cared about but I thought I'd mention it for those who might care. Ease of use - Very straightforward, getting the tube out, attaching it and then attaching the end of the schroeder valve onto my bike's tire was cake. bonus points for it letting less air out than any of my other pumps or compressors when attaching to the valve Pumping performance - For it's size it's phenomenal. About 100 pumps to go up 0.5 psi on my motorcycle tire once I had it up to 35 with the compressor. If you are buying this for a bicycle I think you will be very pleased. For a motorcycle if you had a full on flat you should expect to pump it probably north of 1,000 times to get to pressure (much less to get it to road-worthyness to then ride to a gas station to get it to pressure) but understand that this is a last resort type scenario and I'm prefectly satisfied with performance. Durability - hard to say but I will say that the fact that the tube lives INSIDE the pump is a fantastic design feature which should substantially increase lifespan for that portion of the pump. The only thing I will say is that in retrospect I wish I'd bought the version of the pump that doesn't have a built in "pressure gauge." The pump is so great at not losing air when you attach it/detach it that there is little to no benefit to that very crude indicator and I suspect that the day this pump fails it will fail at one of the joints on the hose... the no-pressure indicator hose version would have half the failure points.

Overall, a great little pump.
I was NOT paid or given a discount for this review (although I wish I was!). I tried a couple of the other bike pumps offered (and quite popular) on amazon before settling on this one. The others either broke almost immediately, failed to work reliably or could not efficiently inflate a tire. This pump changes all of that! It is a solid, well built unit with all the features I required. It screws onto the tire valve and is connected with a flexible hose making it impossible for it to fall off during inflation. It's lightweight aluminum construction feels both solid and durable. It is small enough to be unobtrusive when mounted to the bike but big enough to provide the volume and pressure I need to re-inflate a tire in an emergency. Upon receiving the pump, I immediately put it to the test on my 26x1.5 mountain bike tire. After deflating it to 45 psi, I was able to quickly and easily re-inflate it to 65. The built in pressure gauge is a nice feature, although it reads a bit low. However, I'm confident that with a little use the spring in the gauge will fatigue just a tad and provide a more accurate pressure reading. The pump exhibits no play or flex at all and is quite easy to operate. I was able to get over 100psi out of the unit in further testing. The only negatives I have are the following: 1.) The output side of the pump does not have a rubber dust shield. I'm sure one can be found at a local hardware store. 2.) The pump comes with a mounting bracket but no screws/bolts. This will not be a problem if you already have a water bottle bracket on your bike. You can use the same screws/bolts. 3.) It's not cheap, but ultimately I was happy to pay the price for this quality pump.

Overall a Great Pump & Excellent Customer Service
I've had this pump for a little over a month but have only used it a couple of times here at home just to test it out. Build quality, fit and finish is superb. I can't yet comment on long term durability, the pump sure feels and looks like a quality build. While not absolutely necessary for emergency repairs when not at home, the pressure gauge (integrated into the hose) is a nice addition. I bought this as a backup to CO2 which I also carry. I should also say that I paid full price for the pump and was given no discount. The tires on my bike are 700 X 38 with the pressure range listed on the tires as 50 to 80 PSI. I keep the front tire at 60 psi and the rear tire 65. I never tried filling a tire from zero psi with this pump but from 60 to 65 psi it took about 20 pumps. Based on that I'm guessing it will take around 250 pumps or so to get it up to 65 psi in my 700 x 38 rear tire. Pumping certainly isn't as easy as with my floor pump or as fast ( I didn't nor should I expect it to be) but it is doable, just expect a bit of a work out. One minor issue I have when using this pump with my presta valves is as I screw the hose on to the valve the hose tends to tighten up the screw on the valve that lets the air in (or out!). To get around this I unscrew the valve as far as I can and tighten it a bit, problem solved... my presta valves do not have removable cores. On the plus side there is virtually no air loss when I remove the pump's hose. The built in gauge is pretty accurate considering is goes in 20 psi increments. So if the pressure you're after is anything other than 20 lb increments, it is a bit of a guess how far to go, say between 40 and 60 on the gauge. Even so you should be able to get the tire to within 5 psi or better of what you want. When I filled the tire from 60 to 65 psi I did so with the mark on the gauge reading just barely above the 60 psi mark. When I checked it with a Topeak digital gauge I got a bit lucky and it in fact read 65 psi. My one sticky point which I did not take any stars off for is the mounting bracket. Yes it holds the pump securely to the bike but when I mount it to the seat tube I must place the pump with the handle (the part you "pump" with) down. In that position dirt, water, whatever can drop into that handle. Turn it the other way and the pump is too low to mount because it hits the crank on the left side or the derailleur on the other side. I could mount it to the down tube with no issues. However I solved the seat post mount problem by putting on a thin O ring I had to cover the gap between the handle and the body of the pump. To their credit, I contacted Pro Bike Tool in the hopes they had another mounting solution. To their credit the sent me a new mount version within just a few days. Turns out it was the same mount I already had. They tried to make things right and based on their communications with me and honest attempt to help out I would rate their customer service top tier. Update 10/15/18: Pro Bike Tool must have read my review about receiving the same mount I already had. A few days after I posted the review here comes two mounts in the mail. One like I already had and another one with a different design with a velcro closure. The new design (new to me) has tighter mounts that snug better to the lower part of the pump and with the attached velcro fastener everything works much better for my bike. The other style may work better for others depending on how and where they mount the pump. With this second effort from Pro Bike Tool I must say their customer service is top notch and a lot better than most. If they have something I need I won't hesitate to order from them again.

OMG OMG OMG — Absolute perfection! Love love love ❤️
I’m the world’s biggest product skeptic, and had overlooked this inflator because I didn’t think I should take it seriously due to its tiny size. But after returning a defective brand-new $75 rechargeable tire inflator, I started looking at bicycle hand pumps — I only use a pump routinely to check and adjust my car’s cold tire PSIs. I was fascinated by this pump because of its clever design, but was dubious until I started reading the scores of near-universally positive reviews. I figured it couldn’t be that effortful to add just a pound or two of air in each of my car tires every few months. Well, the inflator arrived this week, and seeing it up close and feeling how sturdy it seems to be, I was impressed. The fittings and pump action work smoothly. Everything seems well-made, not at all flimsy. One of my tires was a pound low, tested with a quality gauge. Fitting the screw-on Schrader valve caused NO loss/leaking of tire air, nor did its removal. So simple and effective versus the common flip or press-on car tires valves. I was able to add a full pound of air to a 205/45 x 17 tire with just 50 easy pump strokes, taking under a minute. This was so much easier than the old hand-pump inflators that I’d used for decades until mine finally crapped out last month. This new inflator looks like it belongs in a museum, but it has found a worthy home in my Miata’s trunk. A truly exceptional product!!

Fantastic small pump
Bought this 4 years ago and love it. Its small easily switch between Schrader and presto. Does take a lil longer to pump up to higher psi but for the size and price its amazing. I just wanted to leave a review because everytime I use it I really am impressed

Pump it Up!
It works great! easy to use like the good fashion way. Light weight. I like the idea that it shows the inflation gage and it can fit two types of valves. The cord length is just right. A great value and the portability fits in my bike bag.

this is a super pump. In fact
Have no doubt, this is a super pump. In fact, it is too good for it's purpose. First, it's made with precision engineering. You can feel it's a premium product just by holding it, compared with most other pumps. I bought it for the following reasons: - no small parts to fiddle with dirty fingers should i need to patch a presta or scharder airtube while out in the trails - pressure gauge - the entire hose (with gauge) can be kept internally, protecting the ends from damage and dirt However, real life usage brought along reality - The pump engineering and paint is just too well made for it to be carried out while cycling on dirt trails. If i have to patch and pump a tyre, my dirty fingers would probably damaged the glossy painted surfaces. Think it'll hurt me more than the pump. Imagine getting the paintwork of your brand new Toyota versus Ferrari scratched. Which hurt you more? You get the idea. - Same situation for the mounting bracket. It grips the pump very tightly (which is good), but with a few more detaching of the pump, the beautiful black paint would most probably be scratched off. Also, will the mounting bracket crack after prolonged use due to material fatigue? - The pump works well for adult bikes due to the long spokes. Mine's a 26" wheel. It's terrible on a child bike however. You can see from the pictures that due to the limited space (shorter bike spoke due to smaller wheel), and the gauge being along the hose, it can hardly be used. The location of the gauge greatly reduces the flexibility of the hose. Had the gauge be on the pump barrel like lots of other pumps (round gauge) and the entire air hose being flexible, this problem would not occur. I would have been able to bent the hose out more more easily. The two small sections of rubber hose may be flexible but i'm not sure if the metal joints will last if the hose is repeatedly bent to around 90deg. If you only have adult bikes tyres to maintain, the reduced flexibility is manageable. You may however want to look for something else if you are looking for a pump that can also be used on a for child or to inflate small tyres. - The presta and schrader ends of the host has a rubber seal within. To use, connect the tyre valve to the hose before connecting the other end of the hose to the pump before pumping. To disconnect, unscrew the tyre valve from the hose before the end with the pump. This sequence will greatly reduce the air leakage from the valve of the pumped-up tyre. This is a good feature. - As a reference on pump strokes, the 12" tyre (child bike) requires about 40 strokes from flat to about 20psi. The pump barrel will get warm with use. This is my honest comment. I bought the pump paying the full advertised price, no discount or test pieces to review. Oh yes, Pro Bike Tool will actually email you shortly after your purchase to find out if you have any issues using the pump. Among the many items i have purchased online, this is the very first company who provide such professional service and initiative. I'm deeply impressed! If you can redesign the pump to have the gauge on the barrel and a more rugged design, you'll probably have made the perfect pump!

Klasse!!

Compact, versatile and great workmanship! (WHEELCHAIR USER)
USE: - pneumatic tyres (24in, Schrader valve) on a manual wheelchair PROS: - compact (fits into my handbag or back wheelchair pocket) - great workmanship : components are beautifully made and very robust - dual capacity - Schrader and Presta valve attachments - comes with a fitting that could be attached to a wheelchair bracket easily - when not in use, the valve attachment stem fits neatly back into the body of the pump to make the overall size of this device much smaller - not too heavy to carry in a small bag, despite the excellent quality metal-based components - has an inbuilt gauge CONS: - none found after extensive use PHOTOS: 1. The kit components (minus the ruler) 2. The Shrader valve attachment end (which I use for my wheelchair) 3. The Presta valve attachment end 4. The 24 inch pneumatic wheelchair tyres on my manual wheelchair 5. The Shrader valve in my wheelchair tyre (24 inch pneumatic tyre)

Ottimo prodotto.
Ottimo acquisto. Ottimo prodotto!
