It's been a lifesaver for teaching them basic obedience commands, and it's also been helpful for off-leash training. Recently, I decided to get a second dog, and I wanted to be able to use the same e-collar for both dogs. I was excited to learn that Dogtra makes additional receivers that are compatible with their existing collars. I ordered the additional receiver, and it arrived quickly. It was very easy to add the new receiver to my existing collar. I simply followed the instructions that came with the receiver, and it was up and running in minutes. I've been using the additional receiver for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy with it. It works just as well as the original receiver, and it's been great to be able to use the same e-collar for both of my dogs. If you have a Dogtra e-collar and you're thinking about getting a second dog, I highly recommend getting an additional receiver. It's a great way to save money and to make training your dogs easier. Important Note: Dogs should have basic obedience training on a traditional choker collar before adopting any e-collar. E-collars should only be used as a last resort, and they should never be used to punish a dog. Five Stars! Review: Great e-collar! - We have two dogs (doodle mixes) and really like this model because of the two dog capability from one remote. Our neighbor even bought one off our recommendation and he loves it as well! ## Features - EXPANDS YOUR ARC TO A TWO-DOG SYSTEM: This is an add-on receiver collar, not a complete system. It pairs to the handheld transmitter from your existing Dogtra ARC so you can run two dogs off one remote with independent control over each. - 127 LEVELS OF PRECISE CONTROL: A rheostat dial gives you 127 gradual intensity steps instead of coarse jumps, so you can find the exact level your dog responds to. Choose nick for a half-second burst, constant for up to 12 seconds, or non-stimulating pager vibration. - 3/4-MILE RANGE: Reliable communication out to 3/4 of a mile for yard work, field training, off-leash recall, and open-country handling. - FULLY WATERPROOF, IPX9K RATED: Certified to withstand close-range, high-pressure spray from every angle, so ponds, rain, mud, and rinse-offs are not a problem. A 2-hour rapid charge lithium polymer battery gets you back in the field fast. - SLIM ERGONOMIC RECEIVER: The low-profile housing is contoured to sit flush against the neck for all-day comfort and a discreet look. Includes a 3/4-inch wide, 28-inch biothane strap. Built with low to medium output for dogs 15 pounds and up with medium to soft temperaments. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 233 Reviews | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Dogtra - **Color:** ARC Receiver - **Model Name:** 5000343 - **Number of Batteries:** 1 Lithium Polymer batteries required.
