I opened it and it did not support my keyboards. I am not sure if this is the product or my keyboards that are faulty.Update: I had been trying to get this to work with my only keyboards (a Mac keyboard and gaming keyboard) for weeks and had given up completely. A few weeks later I got a razer Tartarus v2 for my pc and I thought it might work with the keypad. I plugged it In and sure enough it worked perfectly! I still haven’t entirely figured out how to map the keyboard and mouse but with the correct setup this product will work perfectly! If they decide to make another model of this product I would suggest 3 improvements: 1: firmware updates for unsupported keyboards, 2: an app on pc for rebinding keys and for checking said updates 3: a more helpful manual listing keyboard support and extra functions.
