You can aim the speaker at a wide variety of angles. The hardware is sturdy. It did not fit my speaker threading (Logitech Z-680 computer speakers, M6 thread I think). I had to come up with a creative way to adapt it. (It comes with adapters, but they also didn't fit) I liked the wall anchors because they were easy to use.
