It is small and compact, out of the way. I had it professionally installed, so no wires hanging. I put it on the passenger side of the rear view mirror so that it would be out of sight of the driver. The one annoying thing is there is a blue ring that illuminates when it is working. At night I dont like having extra lights on in the vehicle.To install it without hanging cords, I bought from Amazon the Plozoe Dash Cam Hardwire Kit, Mini USB Hard Wire Kit Fuse for Dashcam.
