**Q: Is there a way to get this to actually stick to the bathroom wall? I even tried the bathroom specific Command strips, and it still fell off.**
A: Did it not come with the round sticky piece attached to it and one that you can use separated from the holder?? Mine had a piece on the bracket that sticks to my shower wall and then the basket hangs on it.  If you don't have these piece's and don't want to return it, I would use some velcro.  It has one part that sticks to the wall then one that would stick to the hanger part then it should hold your basket.  Make sure your wall is dry and clean.  I hope this helps.

**Q: Is there a way to get the sticky piece off and reuse it? Im moving and dont want to buy a whole new set. I also rent and cant leave it on.**
A: Honestly I don’t even use it. I just wet the suction cup, place it and it works just fine.

A: Good morning Erin. The Munchkin Super Scoop Bath Organizer is not machine washable. To clean the organizer, wipe with a clean damp cloth, do not bleach, and allow to air-dry.

I love the product; both the design and its purpose. It’s a great way to store bath toys and keep things organized. However, I do wish it stayed on the wall better. It keeps falling down, so it really needs to be attached more securely, maybe with screws or stronger adhesive. Overall, it’s a great product that just needs better wall support to stay in place.
