I don't care for the aftertaste of Stevia, so I thought I would try some Xylitol and hope for the best.By biggest concern (as from if it would cause other side effects) was does this powder really dissolve fast? I use sweetener a good amount int colder recipes (like desserts), and the one time I accidentally tried regular Swerve instead of the confectioner's style, it gave my dessert a gritty quality.Yes! Xylitol gave us sweetness and my husband no longer has tinnitus. This dissolves quickly and neatly into the colder recipes with no grittiness.I think Xylitol is a shade less sweet than Erythritol, but I am able to compensate for it easily enough. In any case, I have made additional purchases of this brand because I am quite satisfied with the results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The taste and consistency is just like sugar *by S***T on August 30, 2019* I love this product. The taste is great and it works in any recipe I've tried so far. The only problem (and it's a small one) is it's usually very fine like sugar, but twice when I purchased it, it was coarser - didn't like that as much.
