The installation went well but the top corners aren't very touch responsive for some apps, is there a number or web page I can go to for support?

Everything works but the top speaker. I can’t hear anything unless it’s on speakerphone. How do I fix it?

You are supposed to take your speaker attached to the old screen and put it with the new one. In doing this a lot of the time people tear the ribbon cable slightly “speaking from experience” which will make it so you can only hear on speakerphone. You will need a new speaker they are sold on eBay.
