Period. Which is the center factor of what leaves this product so utterly disappointing.The Boa Courier is made out of some of the best materials I have ever seen. Everything about this bag screams high-quality, with the notable exception of one thing. How they put it together. Yep, that's right. The assembly on this bag is absolute crap.The cover flap arrived warped in every direction. Most of the bag was completely misshapen. This seems like a minor complaint, but trust me, it isn't. You see, the bag is constructed with a dense, protective foam "skeleton." The problem is that, in most places, this foam was cut too large for the material around it, the result being a ridiculous warped mess.On top of this, very few of the seams were sewn straight. The flap stuck out to the side at an angle (it's not supposed to) when opened. And my iPad Air barely fit in to the pouch provided. If I had had an older model iPad it would not have fit in.So! I called booq, and asked for a warranty replacement. They really are an amazing company- they acknowledged that there was an issue with the line, and sent a replacement. It was better than the first one; one noticeable difference being that the pouch to hold the iPad was big enough to easily accompany my Air, and would fit a normal iPad. But I still wasn't particularly pleased. The warping issue, while not as pronounced as with the first bag, was still present, leaving the bag extremely ugly. I eventually returned both bags to booq, and purchased the Cobra Sling. (I have absolutely no complaints about that model- it is absolutely perfect.)Admittedly, most of the problems that I experienced with this bag could be forgiven if not for the $100 price tag. When you pay that kind of money for a bag just for your iPad, you expect quality all the way around, and more importantly, a professional appearance. And that's just not something you will get with this bag.My advice: Skip this bag, and by the Cobra Sling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality companion for a light traveler *by X***R on October 27, 2014* Fits my Galaxy Tab S and its slim case with plushy ease. Took a bit of wedging but the two slip pockets located above the tablet stowage were perfect for a Mophie XL portable charger and a small moleskin notebook. Admittedly, aside from two pens for which there are designated silo slip pockets for, there is little room for much more than my Kindle Paper white within the courier. The outer pocket may accommodate a single magazine and the smaller slip within that holds my Galaxy Note 4 perfectly.This may not sound like much but as a jaunt to a Starbucks or lengthy stay at a local bookstore has proven is that a little really can go a long way. I found there is no need to leave the house lugging a bulky laptop carrying case or venturing through the mall with a backpack loaded with every electronic possibility I think my outing may call upon. This pert little courier bag fits all my needs for a relaxing, clutter-free day out. As for the purse-like attitude attributed to bags such as this I as a 25 year old man feel comfortable wearing this (by no stretch of the imagination) unisex item.
