Did not require tuning to the tv and worked straight away - excellent replacement for original product which over time was not working properly.

does not work
purchased this as it was advertised saying all that was needed was to fit batteries and that would make the unit work. This I did but, does not work. The unit I received does not match the picture in the advert, maybe I have been sent the wrong item ? I still need a replacement remote control please, not a refund. thanks, Roy Browne
