I am now pleased with the product.Original post:At this point, I am extremely displeased with the product. The wood was broken when it arrived, and the joints don't line up, so even if I got sound wood, I wouldn't be able to put it together. It was missing some hardware, so even if I had been able to put it together, I would not have been able to finish it. It was missing the key, so I can not test the auto flow frames to see if they are functioning. I have emailed them, amd now I will wait to see if the company makes it right. If they do, I will change my rating. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Its was worth all the savings over the Flow Hive name brand *by G***Y on June 5, 2018* the product arrived in about 2 weeks which was good, If your not a wood worker the dovetail joints are a little difficult to figure out but once you put it together its not coming apart and you don't need nails or tacks, appears to be a well built product, shipping material was poor but what do you expect it saved you about $400 and it came from over seas. I don't know if the Flow actually works but if it does I would buy another one from same supplier, Flow Hive needs t drastically consider lowering there prices. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than expected. *by S*** on November 11, 2018* I just received my auto flow a few days ago and it's fully assembled and it looks great. The only thing that needed to be done is one of the see through glass covers needed to be shaved down alittle because it was a tight fit. But overall I'm really happy with it. All of the parts were included as well.
