I cannot pair it with my samsung un55b8000 55-inch 1080p 240 hz led hdtv. is it because my tv is incompatible or too old? please help

I believe the 2.4 GHz RF USB transceiver should have at least partial functionality with some smart TVs, and probably full functionality with android-based smart TVs (including the new Amazon Fire TVs that are actual TVs - it was always stupid to call the sticks Fire TV, and it’s even worse now that they have real TVs). But yeah, if you’re using the transceiver properly and everything, I guess it’s not going to work.

Does this work with steam link?

It works with Steam in that it's a keyboard and mouse. However it is not a substitute for an actual game controller even though it looks like one.

Will this work with raspberry pi 4?

Worked as well with my Pi 4 as with my Xbox and other devices. Should work with any “real” computer, probably even phones if you use an adapter.
