What great book for sourdough beginners! Lots of great recipes too. Definitely recommend! My only complaint is that some of the recipes are for 2 loaves, so I guess I’ll just half those recipes.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great instructions for sourdough

I flipped through this book to see what it was like and I like what I saw: very detailed explanations and instructions and good recipes. I’m looking forward to using many of these recipes. I knocked 1 star off because there were a couple recipes that weren’t true sourdough, using baking soda/powder in addition to starter. I like the purity of 100% sourdough and long ferments. Probably this is not a hangup for most people.
