Has the formulation been changed? This is not the consistency that I usually purchase.

Some of the bottles sold here are fake. if the Avalon is not a raised imprint on both sides of the bottle and the label information printed on the bottle it is a fake that is why the consistency is off. always go directly to Avalons website for correct packaging and ph information

Is this product only for relax processes hair?air ?

This product was designed to use in conjunction with the Affirm Relaxer System. it is mainly for the relaxer process, however many use it for protein rebuilding treatments.

I don't know if my bottle is authentic. What are the first 5 ingredients? My bottle doesn't have protein listed until the 13 on the list.

I think mine was ok. The ingredients are water, glicerin, cetearyl alcohol, urea, mineral oil...By the way, the product really worked for my hair.
