This kit includes everything you need, 5 pieces total: the top/side cover, front cover, DVD bezel and 2 pieces for the DVD tray. There are only 9 screws to remove on the XBOX console to completely transform your case!!! Installation only takes 15 minutes. The kit does not come with a clear bottom to the XBOX because the original black one is not visible once installed. All of the components are actually attached to the black bottom of the XBOX and it would be difficult to install. Take a look at our pictures, the only time you can see the black bottom to the XBOX is from the back where the power supply is.
