Description

The Reebok Easytone step guarantees versatile whole body workouts resulting in toned and tightened muscles. With the step platform placed on two balance pods, it creates natural instability and forces the muscles to compensate for it, which in turn provides a natural toning effect. It can be used to work on the feet or hands and arms to perform various exercises including swings, stability exercises, medicine ball catches, standing balance, one leg balance, single foot step-ups, plank and assisted plank, press-ups, sit-ups, hip rotations, plyometric training and weight transfer to name only but a few. Additionally, the airflow valve on the underside of the platform allows for choosing the stability level according to individual fitness progress.
