**Q: My wind cups aren’t broken, but they won’t turn with the wind. Bearings bad???**
A: Hello Chillintime,
If your wind cups are not spinning, we would recommend using a graphite powder or spray lubricant to lubricate the bearings. To do so, put a very small amount of lubricant on the axle near where the axle meets the house and turn the axle to get it down inside on the bearings. **Q: Rain gauge quit working is  there a fix for it?**
A: I am not aware of one. I had the same problem and it appears others had too.  I had to replace my unit after about 5 years because my rain gauge had quit working. The good thing is the up graded unit works with the monitor so you only have to replace the outside unit.

**Q: Is it possible to purchase a new debris filter?**
A: Mine doesn't have a debris filter. Look up Accurite web site.
