Height Increase Insoles – Shoe Lift Inserts

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these, but they’re better than I thought. They give you a noticeable height boost without being obvious, and they fit into most shoes without a lot of hassle. The cushioning is decent too—they don’t feel hard or awkward under your feet, which was my main concern. I’ve worn them for a few hours at a time, and they stayed comfortable without making my shoes feel too tight. Only thing to keep in mind is they work best with slightly roomier shoes. In tighter pairs, they can feel a bit cramped. Overall, they do exactly what they’re supposed to do—add a little height while still being wearable day to day.

Perfect fit in my size 9 work boots with no trimming needed. They slid right in over my existing foot beds. Very comfortable.

Fit well and feel good. Firm yet forgiving a good balance. I don’t know about height increase? Bought for comfort and support , which they do well. Standard thickness?

Very comfortable lift!

This is my second one. First one lasted about 3 month before it started getting soft. Height measurement is accurate. Will continue to buy. I only use the left insert because of a length differential on my left leg as a result of hip surgery.

First of all, the product works and works well. Height is boosted by about an inch, and I've used a pair for a while and they haven't flattened or become squished, so they hold up. The major problem (hence why 3 stars), is they are murder on the feet. There is a weird design/indentation on the top where your feet touch and if you stand on it for a long time, it kills your feet. Best idea is to put a thin sole cushion on top so your feet are on something flat and not with a weird indentation.

I gained an inch in my left leg from joint replacements, and use these in my right shoe to correct this leg length discrepancy. Of the three types I've ordered, I like these the best. This type, that give some lift throughout the foot and not just in the heel, are the most comfortable. And, I use both the left and the right lift; I just turn the left one over and use it in my right shoe. 8/2018--I want to add, now after having worn these for a couple of years, that I think these do sink down a bit, so if your leg length discrepancy is 1", they may not be quite high enough. I just had yet another joint replaced, this time on my "short" side, and it added about a quarter inch, which means my leg length discrepancy is now about 3/4" instead of 1". So, I'm going to try these again to see whether they're about the right height. I think it's important to say that for those of us who are using only one lift in one shoe to correct leg length discrepancy, any insert that uses soft gel material is going to sink down a bit. They're still very comfortable, and to make up the difference, one could use a small 1/4" heel lift like the felt kind that Hapad sells (or any 1/4" heel lift), in addition to this insert.

Extremely squishy. Entirely unsuitable for the purpose of increasing height. False advertising.

I like theses they work, and you do get a slight height lift, they fit in the shoe ok and are comfortable. They work better in boots I use them for my work boots and some going out boots, for me even though these work in trainers because trainers are generally tighter and lower at the ankle it can make your trainer look too full best to wear an inch longer trouser that goes over the shoe to look the most natuaral

Good to slightly increase height and maintains good comfort

A big foam bump right in the middle of where your foot rests. Ridiculously uncomfortable. Impossible not to feel and the pictures for the item description do not show this.
