I received my watch, and because I have very small wrists, I needed to adjust the band. I ran into a problem. I contacted the seller, they responded within hours to give me assistance. It ended up that I had to contact them again a few more times. I always received an answer in a very short time! They very graciously resolved my issue and so far I am extremely happy with the watch. I have been a Prime member for several years with very few issues, but with the ones I have contacted the seller, TAGOBEE is by far the BEST!!! I will continue my review of the watch once I have used for a few days and become familiar with the app it uses. This item is amazing for the price! Not only is it extremely great looking it is very easy to use. It connected to the H Band App without a problem. I have a Galaxy S 10 which definitely meets the requirements for proper operation of the watch. (It is extremely important to pay attention to the specs of the item, it can save you and the seller a lot of time and frustration.) On the initial install, I thought the app was a little limited. I have continued to explore and have found there is a lot more settings and information to be found. Unfortunately, like a lot of tech items, they do not give a lot of directions on how to get the optimum performance. I just kept searching. The battery has been extremely long-lasting, it has been six days and I still had one bar left. I charged it and it took less than two hours, plugged into the wall charger I plug my Galaxy S10 into. At this point, I am extremely pleased with this watch, worth every dime! And, as stated before, the seller is top-notch in my book!!

I purchased this watch after a friend told me about her watch. After looking at all the watches on Amazon, I landed on this one, which actually had slightly better reviews than my friend’s. I could not be happier with it! The battery lasts around 5 days and when it needs to be charged, does so quickly. It reads blood pressure and heart rate and appears to be accurate. I am able to see texts and calls (it doesn’t let you answer or respond) which is handy because I frequently have my ringer off at work. You can set multiple alarms. It does the typical activity and sleep tracking. I have very small wrists and was still able to adjust the metal band to fit. I have wanted a smart watch but didn’t want to spend the money on an Apple Watch. This one is great. Highly recommended!

I really am disappointed that I have to give this smartwatch a low rating. The face and band are attractive. Installation was simple. Seems easy to use. I was unable to get over 5 feet away from my phone and the watch would notify my that it could not find my phone. If I have to be within 5 feet of my phone, why would I need a smartwatch??? This was so stressful as I am trying to work but constantly being notified that the watch can't find my phone. Unfortunately, I do not have the time in my day to try to resolve this issue. Text message notifications were very hit or miss. Uninstalled and re-installed the app 3 times but this did not fix the problem. Bluetooth would not connect which is why it kept vibrating whenever I stepped away from my phone. I gave a low rating on the sleep tracker because I am unable to comment on how this works since I returned the watch. The watch is a little large which would likely disturb my sleep anyway. Returned this watch for a refund which breaks my heart because I really wanted this watch to work out for me. It has the heart rate and blood pressure monitor which is the main reason I chose this one in the first place. Very few other fitness trackers offer the blood pressure monitor. The lower, more affordable price being the second reason. I hope others have better luck with this one than I did.

Really liking this smart watch. After reading some good reviews I bought it. I'm not actually sure how accurate the readings are but they seem pretty spot on for me. I'll be trying it out for a work out tomorrow morning for the first time. Love that it comes with two bands to choose from. I really like the stainless steel band. I have very small wrists and and with this one all the excess is on the inside and not hanging off my wrist. My biggest complaint after 2-3 day of wearing it is....the battery life barley makes it 24 hrs. I like to wear it at night to track my sleep, so its fully charged when I go to bed. By 5 pm I'm down to one bar and needing to plug it in. The last fitness tracker I had would go for days before I had to charge it. So this could for sure be improved, unless I've got a setting that needs to be changed. I've love to know if anyone else has this issue. I really like the style and design of the watch but not that thrilled with the battery life.

Ok, so the overall look of the watch and band is amazing and very sophisticated. The watch faces are very limited. My fitbit has so many different options and this one only has 5. As far as accuracy goes the only thing other than the time that was close was the sleep tracker. My step tracker was at 3,932 and my fitbit on the other wrist was at 12,235. The heart rate was accurate when it showed up. The worst thing about the watch was the battrry...I literally had it 1 1/2 days and had to charge it. I left it on the charger for about 5 hrs and when I took it off and went to put it on, it had not charged at all and I double checked the connection before I left it to charge. There is no way for you to see previous messages that have come in or calls for that matter. Messages that did come through were like 6 months old. I made sure everything was synced exactly as instructed. Even after I reset the app and the watch both, it still never showed any current notifications. It by no means is a full touch screen which they fail to tell you, it is a dial one button touch setup. You are very limited on the activity you are able to do. The only way I would consider even recommending this watch, is if you are buying for a small child that you don't want to have very many features. One last thing, the stainless steel band it comes with is not easily adjustable without you knowing what you are doing. They fail to give you any instructions on how to alter the actual fit. I had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. Also, the app is extremely limited and has no actual organization to it...it is just a scattered mess and there are no facts on any type of special or additional features that you may or may not have. Overall, I am absolutely not impressed and will be sending it back for a refund!

I love the style and how easy this watch is to use. The sleep tracking is spotty. It doesn't always record sleep times accurately. I love the reminders to get up and move or if my heart rate went up without reason. I had two issues with the first watch. One issue was the silver band would not stay closed. Contacted the seller and they immediately shipped a replacement. I've been using the silicone band that came with the watch. The fit is great. My second issue happened after using the watch a little over two weeks. The watch just randomly began to switch between screens and displaying a question in a language I'm not familiar with. Contacted seller again and they have sent a replacement watch. The customer service is beyond amazing. They have been so kind and quick to address any issues. I think I just happened to get the one watch that wasn't up to par. I can't wait for the replacement to arrive so I can continue to track my progress.

Purchased this watch about 3 weeks ago and so far I love it! I downloaded the app that goes with it and set up the notifications for my text messages, emails, Facebook and Instagram in under 5 minutes.. super Simple!! I am a petite with a small wrist and the band fits on the very last notch just perfectly! It came fully charged and it was really easy to set up. It connected easily with Bluetooth and binded to the app with no problems either. Just what I wanted, but without the large price tag. It’s fun to use, accurate , and has a high quality look and feel to it.. Would totally purchase again. Highly recommend!

What first drew me to this watch/fitness tracker was the way that it looks. I like the metal band as opposed to rubber and I like the round face and the graphics on face are very pretty. Secondly, the price was right. I received it Christmas. At first I marveled at the deal I had found. It tells time, counts steps, takes blood pressure and heart rate and has a fitness tracker. Less than a month from buying, the watch went from showing the charge normally which would let me know when to charge, to showing a full charge and then just cutting off. I tried customer support and although friendly they kept insisting that i make an appointment with them to try to reset the watch or something. Well, I did make an appointment and pointedly explained that my time zone was eastern. I am at work and lo and behold I get a call from Seattle----I could not answer as I was at work. They left a nice message and said they would try back and they did but I missed them the second time. In the meantime the watch seemed to settle in and I thought maybe it was a glitch where the charging cord was not connected properly. So I use without incident approximately another two weeks. Then out of the blue after I had just taken it off the charger, the watch cuts off. Then 10 minutes later, it comes on. This continued for about 3 hours before it decided to stay on. It then stopped tracking sleep and heart rate. And finally it has settled in to going on and off again. I just wanted to exchange the watch, hoping that I perhaps got a lemon. But it is such a hassle and I don't have time to make appointments and reset a watch that I just bought but which is not working. I advise saving your money and buying a reputable brand fitness tracker and watch.
