I watched the video, and I varied the tension setting. Tried both with a piece of light felt and medium weight fabric. Never would it create a chain stitch coming off the end of the fabric. Never. And the moving feet won't allow the fabric to disengage with the presser foot so as you come of the fabric when finished, it gets stuck, and there's no way for that extra chain stitching of what's shown on the video. Just leaves me with broken thread when trying to come off the end of the fabric. Totally frustrating. How do I contact the company to ask for help?
