One that Works
READ THIS!!!! It is true what the other reviewer said about this liquid turning to gel...IF you let air get to it. ALWAYS cover the top of the bottle immediately (not always easy when holding the applicator brush in the other hand; I had a piece of tape to cover the bottle while I was applying the liquid). I also wrapped a small piece of Saran/Cling Wrap tightly around the cap. (SEE my other tips in next paragraph) Works better than other OTC wart meds because it has higher percentage of the acidic compound that kills warts. I got my wart from a student, and it multiplied. Had a couple frozen by doctor after the first OTC solution did nothing...but that was painful and blistered...and didn't get rid of them entirely! My wife had me try this one (Compound W Max. Strength) which was a little more expensive than the one I had used. It works!! I did something that the hospital recommended, and that was to apply it a night and put strong duct tape on top. I also did my own little thing, which was to let the solution work for about 10 minutes and then press on the duct tape for a minute or two, which would give an extra burn feel to the wart area. Then, each morning, the hospital said to sort of 'rip' off the duct tape. I would apply for a couple of days in a row, then let the skin dry out to where I could peel off a little skin (make sure to wash hands afterwards), then restart the process of applying the Compound W until you no longer see any trace of warts (even stretch the skin around the area to see if anything remains below the top layers of the skin). The doctor prescribed me an oral medication, but I didn't want to take it...luckly Compound W came to the rescue...my only regret is not using the brand most famous for curing warts right from the start.

WORRRRKS
Be careful though. Cause this stuff will take off surrounding skin if not used by the instructions

This product is very effective but dries out pretty quickly.

This works great to remove skin tags
This product does exactly what I hoped it would do. It is easy to use, (it does have a strong scent though), and I have successfully removed the skin tags from my body.

It works!
I had a wart on my hand and after a few applications it is gone. The dead skin peels off after each application. The first time that I used it I did not finish the wart and it grew back. The second time, I applied a little after my shower each morning. When the skin dried up I peeled a layer off. After a few treatments not even a scar is left.

They've changed something
Had a wart on my knee. Applied as directed, eventually the wart was knocked off by a sharp blow but left enough residue to regrow. Finally had to see a dermatologist as I couldn't get the product under the wart to finish severing the core. The wart was literally hanging on by a small root and a piece of skin. If you don't apply after it comes off (it's a virus) you'll be repeating my mistake. I used this years ago for another wart and it killed the wart from the center outward with no problem. Whatever they have done to the product, it's not the same as it was twenty-odd years ago. Just go to the doctor, it's not worth the 12 weeks of annoyance...
