For a long day of hard work, hard play, or hiking - this stuff works great! I use it on the inside of my upper thighs where it tends to chafe depending the pants I wear. Not when using this though - It works great! It's nice and smooth, I don't notice the odor, and it protects my skin!

All of the body glide products go on sticky but once you gently rub them in they dry to a smooth silky finish. They all hydrate and sooth. I use all three of the products but for different purposes. The original blue body glide goes on dryer and has the most drag on sensitive inner thighs but it also provides the heartiest all day coverage. So I use it on days that I'm spending outside working or hiking. Translate: sweaty with clothing trying to chafe for hours at a time. The body glide for women is creamier. I use it when I've shaved my legs and am doing lighter activity outside like swimming or picnicking. I use the lotion body glide any other day. Not a day has passed this summer that I haven't used one of these products. No more bumps. Never a rash. I can comfortably maintain any part of my body now. I actually notice how smooth and silky my skin feels under my clothes multiple times a day. This makes me so happy! I've recommended it to all of my friends. I've even started conversations with strangers about it. Now instead of feeling resentful that I have to deal with uncomfortable rashes and Itching from shaving I actively enjoy the way my skin feels and looks. Whether your an active woman or girl like me or just a human with chaffing of any kind. Try it. If you're generally overweight try the original body glide anywhere you chafe, under boob, under belly, inner thighs, butt crack. I'm telling you this stuff will change the way you think about your skin. And really, when you love anything about yourself a little more, you're going to be happier. You are SO welcome.

This product works. I have no chafing anymore. I'm usually sensitive to perfumes and a lot of other additives but have no problems with the cream. Easier to apply than the sticks. Worth the money.

Overall the product worked well for dealing with my issues of my thighs chafing during my hour cardio session. I used it every day for two weeks. A little went a long way, I just made sure to cover my thigh with a thin layer. Surprisingly the one 1.5 oz bottle survived two weeks for me. My main knock is I wish they sold a larger size to get more bang for your buck.

This is an initial impression of this product, I'll be updating this review later as I have had more experience using it. First, this is a small tube, but for me, perfect size for travel. If you are using this frequently and not traveling, consider buying the larger tube. It is a medium-weight white cream with no odor. It spreads on the skin easily, like hand lotion, and becomes invisible on the skin. There is no residual powder or oil to stain fabric. During my last long vacation, my husband I walked miles and I developed blisters between my toes, both feet. Not good! I had been looking for toe pads, cushions, etc, to prevent blisters on our upcoming trip. I was delighted to find this product, and it specifically mentions preventing friction on toes and feet. I used this on my toes yesterday, just to see how it feels, though I was not walking far so was not a great test. . No greasy feel, the only difference I could see is that it made my sandals squeak with every step... A small price to pay if it works to prevent blisters. I have also experienced severe chaffing of my upper inner arms while golfing. I can't wait to try this for golf, maybe it will improve my game?? Will also try it under shorts for cycling. Once I have had more opportunities to test, I'll provide another update. Update: just returned from my trip after walking miles and miles... No blisters! I've come to trust Body Glide over the years as a fat guy who has worked many physically strenuous jobs with lots of walking and sweating. I usually keep a stack of the Body Glide sticks--they look like deodorant bars--but when I ran out this time, I saw this option for a cream and decided to give it a shot. The upside is it feels less waxy. The downside is that its protective coating did not last a full twelve hour shift and I went home with the first thigh rash I've had in two years of working my current job. I soaked in a bath with aveeno colloidal oatmeal, I applied Monistat chafing relief powder gel--which is the only POST-chafe product I've found to be helpful--products like Body Glide bars are great for PREVENTING chafe, but once you've already got swamp @ss, putting them on it won't help. It took a couple/three painful days for the rash to go away. I'm not saying this product is bad, but I am saying if you're in need of heavy protection, deal with the slightly waxy feel of the Body Glide bars because this cream is not the move.
