ZIOJOVK M4 Rivet Nut Tool Tip, Replacement Mandrel

Worked great, exactly as advertised. Rivnuts are a far superior means of threaded attachment compared to sheetmetal screws!

I can confirm this fits the Matco 13" tool, so it probably fits most that are the same style. Feels solid and threads in/out smoothly. You do have to be careful not to pull the threads out of the nut, but that's just because the threads are so small on M4, not the tool. Do a test to get your adjustment in before you go for the real thing.

Love these mandrel to add to my Astro 1442 collection. These are the same quality as the astro ones and fit like a glove!

Bought a replacement for the mandrel I broke. This fits a Yousailing riveter and I imagine it will fit all the Chinese rivet nut installers on Amazon.

I used this multiple times on a project. Fit the riv-nuts perfectly, withstood the extra pressure needed to crush the stainless nuts (i have found the brass crush easier). After use, the threads are still perfect. I expect to be able to use this for a long time.

Broke this size tap off in a rivnut kit. Exact fit for the kit and fairly cheap to replace the die. Container had the exact same parts as the kit.

Not any fault of theirs appeared to be well made

The threads stripped after a few rivnuts. The metal just isn’t that strong and an M4 bolt is small, so they strip out and are useless pretty quickly. For simple straight forward applications they would probably not do this, but for anything difficult or in a tight spot, I wouldn’t recommend it.
