Why SO expensive?? Has it been discontinued or something?

Yes I do believe this item is being discontinued it is a very good item I have a few bottles that I have set aside for myself

I already double cleanse and wanted to find a good toner for after. Would this be good for that?

A micellar water cleanser is an ultra-gentle way to remove excess oil, dirt and makeup without having to rinse. CeraVe Hydrating Micellar Water with ceramides and niacinamide helps calm your skin without disrupting the protective skin barrier. Do you moisturize after using this product?

Yes. I wash my face with Cereve Hydrating Cleanser, dry my face, then use the Cereve Micellar Water as a toner to remove any last traces of the cleanser. Then I moisturize, then apply sunscreen. Even though the Micellar Water is a toner, using it without moisturizing afterwards leaves my skin too dry, even though I'm a senior citizen with combination skin (oily in the T-Zone, dry everywhere else) that still has occasional breakouts. The Micellar Water contains no alcohol. Hope this helps.
