Based on my recent experience, I am highly disappointed with the **Eveready 12W LED Light Bulb**. Here’s why: ### Major Issues - **Product Defects**: Out of the pack of 10 bulbs, 3 failed within a short period. This is far below acceptable quality standards for any LED bulb. - **Poor Warranty Support**: I initially contacted Eveready for a warranty claim on 2nd December 2024 and have made several follow-up attempts since then. Disappointingly, I have yet to receive any resolution or even a proper response from the brand. - **High Expectations, Poor Delivery**: Despite a promise of high efficiency and glare-free light, the bulbs did not meet expectations, with a significant portion failing. ### Pros - **Surge Protection**: The bulbs do offer 4KV surge protection, which is a plus, but unfortunately, this did not prevent the defective units from failing. - **Cool Day Light**: The 6500K cool daylight is bright and pleasing, but it's of no use if the bulbs don’t function properly. ### Cons - High failure rate: 3 out of 10 bulbs failed quickly - Unresponsive customer service: Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact Eveready, no resolution has been provided to date. - Unreliable quality: The product failed to deliver on its promises of high efficiency and durability. ### Final Verdict The **Eveready 12W LED Light Bulb** has been a frustrating experience for me. The high failure rate and unresponsive customer service to warranty claims make it a product I cannot recommend. If reliability and good customer support are important to you, I would suggest looking for alternatives.
