Good for immune systems

What I really like about this supplement pack is that it has everything I would want. I think they're high quality and they're perfect for travelling. They might seem expensive, but considering that an alternative to this would be getting three different supplements, I think it's actually a really good deal.

These hopefully are doing me some good. There are three tablets a day with vitamins and oils. The size and taste are fine and I've found them easy to swallow. You can take them all together or at different times of the day. This is a big name brand linked with the All Blacks and while this doesn't guarantee they're good I think you can trust the brand and that you're getting what they say.

This is definitely a quality one, which you should not miss. I take 3 types of capsules or tablets daily in one go, which looks a bit crazy, but they give me different benefits. So I do feel the differences in terms of my bowel movement and my energy level. Highly recommend.

These are excellent vitamins, minerals. Probiotics and omega 3 supplements. All essential for good health for athletes who need to be at the top of their game. But also for those of us that have busy lifestyles that often mean we’re not observing our diets as well as we should, or after illness to bring you back to optimum health. Although usually with multivitamin one tablet only is taken, with these it’s 3 a day, multivitamin and minerals, the probiotic and omega 3, they can be taken all together or separately through the day. I take all 3 at once. Don’t forget take the probiotic with a cold drink.

So, this is a 28 day supply of essentials vitamins and oils. You get large blister pack sheets, labelled by day and each strip has 3 consumables, a vitamin/oil and probiotic. Very handy and well laid out and easy to travel with. Everything you need to support you daily with a balanced diet. This is a tie in with the all blacks and health span products generally are well made.

Healthspan have been around for years and I've never had a problem with them. I like this convenience pack that has a tear-off strip for each day (days are named at the rear), with a mutivitamin and mineral tablet, a probiotic casule and, an omega 3 capsule. Even in amateur sport, you may be subject to drugs testing (back in the day, Orienteering issued a cautionary note), so the assurance testing of this product is really useful. Given that this is 28 days supply, the price is not excessive.
