Constant water leakage and the bidet doesnt stick to the seat. I have used other bidets in the past and thought will try this compact one. The experience was horrible. Due to constant leakage - The apartment below got water bubble in the ceilings and had to pay $600 for repair. I spent 3-4 hours just installing it because it was leaking. After a while leaking stopped but started again in a few days. Have requested for refund and strongly recommend to stay away from this product.

installation was very difficult as the connections provided did not fit. Hope leaks, will have to search for appropriate connector at the hardware store. Too much plastic!! Also, was told by friends who ordered this item that the hoses harden with time and then crack and must be replaced. Considering returning it and ordering another luxe bidet.

We like it and it is the only one that could fit on our one peice toilet. It is not sticking very well on the toilet but it is doing its purpose.

This product is very easy to install and the size is also a plus. It is excellent in assisting with the personal hygiene of all household members. It is ideal for those with limited mobility as well as individuals that require assistance in basic daily personal needs. It can also be connected to both hot and cold water lines. I am very satisfied with this product and definitely recommend purchasing one.

This device has provided 2 positive results. 1, improved hygiene and 2, savings on toilette paper. There is also the "green" effect as well, not killing trees for paper. Installation is pretty straight forward and I am not even very technical with plumbing.

This is a great buy. The price is right and it was super easy to install. I only bought one, but now I will buy two more for the other bathrooms in the house.

Prompt delivery. Item received as described. My only concern was the double sided tape is not too strong and a clean dry place must be picked. Stay away from any cold or wet part of the toilet bowl or tank to place controller base. Besides that, I love my bidet.
