Beautiful smart toilet
Doing some home renovation and I was in need of a new toilet. Iโve been wanting a smart toilet for a long time, but they were always so expensive. Found this toilet on Amazon and site. It was reasonably priced and Iโm very happy with the purchase. it was easy to install and works beautifully. Just know that this toilet is about an inch and a half shorter than what Iโm used to so it comes up to 16 inches which is fine by me Iโm 5โ8โ. I also want to mention that Iโm very grateful to how well packaged this was. The box came pretty beat up with most of the foam busted, but this toilet did not have a scratch on it.

Quality
Love this smart toilet. It provides luxury and comfort for oneโs morning routine. It is low-effort with Foot sensor I donโt touch anything post-showerโhuge for hygiene. Heated seat is a must in cold weather, no more shocks. Warm water pressure is just right, dryer works fast. Fahrenheit display is simple to read. Installation was smooth, use it daily with no issues. Quality is great.

Extremely disappointed - poor customer service
After a bad fall, I've been confined to a wheelchair and I was unable to get onto the toilet for over a year. Then I got an overhead lift that made it possible--what a thrill. The only problem was I couldn't wipe. So I looked into bidets. An Occupational Therapist suggested the Intelliseat. It has all the features I most want--warm water, drying, nozzels for male, female, back, and front. I was thrilled when mine arrived, but when I used it I was very disappointed to say the least. The nozzles don't squirt where I need them to. No matter what setting I use, no matter how I sit, they only squirt my lower back or the base of my spine. I've tried EVERYTHING, every position, and it just doesn't work. I've phoned the manufacturer's Customer Support number repeatedly for a month to ask if the nozzels can be modified to squirt lower and further forward and I can't talk to anyone. I've left message after message and nobody ever gets back to me. Finally I e-mailed a couple of weeks ago. After several days somebody called me back: They've been devastated by Tropical Storm Sandy and can't access their records and they'll get back to me next week. A few days later I got an e-mail saying I had to talk to Amazon about a return/exchange since I didn't purchase it directly from them. That Does Not solve my problem! Exchanging one bidet that has design problems for another of the same is no solution. Talking to Amazon (or the reseller) won't answer my questions about modified nozzels. At this point I am wanting to return the Intelliseat. Even a garden hose would clean me better. ----------------- 12/11/12 I want to amend my review and give Intelliseat 3 stars (deduct for customer service). After Intelliseat failed me, I got another brand with metal tubes for nozzels, figuring a machinist might be able to modify them. That brand didn't work, either. Further, I'd ordered the wrong model--no dryer--and it's not returnable. My urologist was going to pull my catheter inside a week, so I HAD TO find a solution--fast! I ordered a hand-held bidet, overnight shipping. My handyman friend reinstalled the Intelliseat (for the dryer) and the hand-held to work together. Yesterday the Urologist pulled the catheter. I discovered that without it I can wriggle back far enough on the Intelliseat and lean forward and it sprays my rear! The hand-held takes care of the front, and the Intelliseat dries me off. Good job! P.S. Using a toilet is a real luxury.

Very Cool Bidet Seat
I installed this last month and has worked great. This was a birthday gift for my lovely bride, she had wanted one since seeing a TOTO version in Japan about 10 years ago. The unit looks well made and comes well packaged. There are a few things you should know. FIRST, this seat is designed for an elongated toilet bowl. The round bowl style would probably not work. Since we had the round style, I did replace the toilet with a modern low flow toilet. (needed to do that anyway, old toilet was a 5 gallon/flush unit from days of old). I also used this opportunity to replace the water shut off to the toilet, the old shut off started leaking as soon as I tried to turn it off. SECOND, you need a 115 volt, 15 amp electrical supply (very) near the toilet. This can be a big deal. I got lucky and was able to easily install a new outlet right behind the toilet. I gave it a new dedicated 15 amp circuit.(This step is way easier to do this once the old toilet was removed and out of the way) With the new water shut off, toilet and outlet installed, placing the new seat and hooking it up were almost trivial. Connect the water supply to existing lines, bolt the seat down, plug it in. That's it! My wife is very please with the function. In short, if you have a modern elongated bowl toilet, with a working shut off and a nearby outlet, you can install this thing in 15 minutes, easy. And you will be happy with the new seat, the features are great and the remote is easy to use. The biggest deal to contend with is the site prep PRIOR to installation, this may be beyond most homeowner's capabilities. In that case you will need both an electrician and a plumber and the bill can rack up pretty fast.

Totally amazing
Iโm still in the middle of my bathroom remodel, but Iโm already so excited about this smart toilet! It has all the features I wanted โ a built-in bidet, motion sensor, seat warmer, and even a night light. The sleek modern design looks amazing, and I love that both sides of the toilet are flat, making it so much easier to clean compared to traditional styles with exposed pipes. We did have to hire an electrician to install an outlet behind the wall since it needs to be plugged in, but it was totally worth it. I canโt wait to see everything come together โ this toilet is definitely going to be the highlight of the bathroom!

Bought this seat again ten years later to replace the original model
This seat was originally purchased from Costco back in 2012. It's lasted a full decade and finally after years of working fine it was time to replace it. The heated seat option is by far the favorite feature, especially on those cold winter nights. A few things to note. The seat and cover both close slowly so don't force them down or you will break the plastic hinges. I've learned this from visitors who have used the bathroom and honestly just didn't know that it's self-closing. The other small issue was that one of the rubber cushions on the bottom of the seat wiggled loose and found its way into the toilet bowl. After comparing many different models of smart toilet seats to replace the original, I decided to purchase this model again when Amazon gave me an instant discount to bring the purchase price down to $229. Note that ten years ago when I purchased the seat from Costco, it was $219. For the price, this seat is well worth it.

Great value!
This seat does what other $500-1000 bidet seats do, but cheaper. Plus the quality is equal. I've looked at these bidet seat for a loooooong time and finally came up with one that has the best value. I did want an automatic flush feature, but I would have to spend $1310 for a Toto. Crazy, since you can buy an wireless auto-flush system for $100 from Amazon. This bidet was easy to install and simple to use. Very self explanatory. The seat has different temp controls, the water has different temp controls, there is His/Hers back spray with Hers front spray, adjustable nozzle with oscillation button, Stop button, water pressure adjustments, slow seat closure system, warm/hot air blow dryer for your bottom/front, and easy mounting clips to remove seat for cleaning. All of the systems work very well and they do there job as advertised...except the blow dryer. It's really ineffective, you still have to use some toilet paper to blot dry (not wipe, for there is no need). You do use less toilet paper though. But this is why I give it four stars not five. I didn't think much about these bidets as an important piece in our house, but for Americans as advanced and civilized country, I'm surprised these bidet systems are not in every house. Hygienically superior, plane and simple. Wiping does NOT remove everything. I hope others realize the importance of these bidets. Please, try one yourself. I highly recommend this bidet to my family and friends.

Great Product!!!
In my travels I'd encountered bidets and bidet seats and have found them most agreeable in regards to comfort and cleanliness. The lower-than-normal price allowed me to purchase one, then two, of these AMDM units and installed them without incident (or bandages!). And my lady and I both love them. Incidentally. living in the U.S. Pacific NorthWest, the warm seat is MOST welcome in wintertime nights. To our surprise, at our first dinner party, one of the ladies utilized the facility (how can I say it otherwise?) and RAVED about it! It was the topic of the remainder of the party, much to my wife's chagrin;-) (Yes, it squirts you in the butt - more Chicken Cordon Bleu?) WEEKS later, I was approached by a lady at our club who wanted to know more about this seat - apparently she'd heard from an acquaintance about our - um - facility. I told her about it, and later we were joined by her husband who wanted to know of the particulars (elongated bowl, AC line, plumbing connections, etc.). I explained that, beyond the installation of the GFCI electrical circuit(s), it was quite straightforward, and has been a fixture (?) in our household, again, without incident, for going on four years. They've purchased their own and have proudly thanked me for the recommendation. As have others that we know of. I didn't set out to be the go-to guy for electronic bidets, you know;-) It's not something that's likely to come up in a normal conversation being, shall we say, somewhat indelicate to discuss, but I will say this: It's a good product that meets a need you might not be aware you needed.

Retuned this item due a sever damage of the box and never open the box
Returned without opened the box due to its damages on it. Especially it was send to to other clients before me and both mailing labels remain on it.

Great product but something went awry
Product returned as there were many issues. Apparently, community guidelines prevent reviews showing issues with product and shipping (which there were).
