Exactly what is stated in the literature. The lanyard is a brilliant addition and the sound is certain to stop people in their tracks and draw attention. Yet at the same time the whistle is small enough to be discreet but no doubt as to its effectiveness.

Bought for my elderly mother to wear at night when she goes to the bathroom, in case she has a fall and I am asleep upstairs! Fortunately she hasn't had to use it but after testing it we are hopeful it will work...its bell went through several doors and up the stairs.
