Band size: 18mm If you can only have one watch, this is the watch I'd pick. It keeps very accurate time and can last decades of abuse, wear and water. You can also polish the face and shroud with abrasive toothpaste or fine compound if you get scratches over the years that build up. This is what every watch should be. Simple, easy to use, affordable and reliable. I've washed this in the shower, sink and worn it in the rain and have never had water ingress. I wouldn't recommend swimming every day with it or anything, as water CAN evaporate into the housing, but it's fairly easy to disassemble to clean and dry. Here are the cons: - Get yourself a better watch band. The one that it comes with will degrade from skin oils over the years and eventually break. I prefer fabric straps like nylon bands or hook & loop. - Be careful about storing or using this in temperatures below 30F / -1C. I like it really cold in my bedroom and sometimes the watch can reset at these temperatures. When warmed by your wrist, it can still happen on occasion in very cold environments, such as when riding a bike in cold weather. Keep your wrist covered in those kinds of conditions.

The digital display is clear and easy to read, and I love that it has all the basics covered—alarm, stopwatch, 12/24-hour format, and even the day and date. The LED backlight is surprisingly bright and makes it easy to check the time at night. Best part? The battery lasts around 7 years, so I don’t have to worry about changing it anytime soon. For the price, you really can’t beat the reliability, durability, and classic Casio style this watch delivers.

This is the best watch I’ve ever bought. 8 months and still going strong! For the price it’s an incredible buy. I’d spend $100 on this easily. I’m a woman and the watch fits perfectly without the band being awkward. Usually prefer Roman numerals but the switch to this face was comfortable and not irritating. Love the orange light to illuminate the screen. Love that you can adjust the date by day of the week and number, adjust the time down to the second, and tells pm from am. Is light weight. Minimal wear despite wearing 24/7. Only 1 scratch and I bang my wrist into stuff all the time lol. Will buy this watch until they stop making it. Photo was taken at time of review.

Great Value, Great Watch. 5 stars! I bought the Casio F108WH looking for something simple, functional, and, most importantly, affordable. This model absolutely exceeded my expectations! The digital display is large and very easy to read, and the LED light is perfect for checking the time in the dark. I was pleasantly surprised by its water resistance, which makes it ideal for daily wear without any worries. The design is classic and the resin strap is very comfortable. It's the perfect watch for the gym, a run, or everyday use. Without a doubt, it's a durable and reliable watch at an incredible price.

Casio has been making a version of this watch for ages. It is legendary for its cost and durability. I bought it in red, and it looks fantastic. The red is a fire engine red. Its minimalistic and functional design appeals to me - like the notches in the case to keep buttons from being accidentally pressed. The battery lasts for about 7 years. Setting the date and time is very easy to do - if you have owned a digital watch in the past you may not even need to read the manual. I decided a while back that I really didn't need a smart watch, and this basic watch fits my needs perfectly.

I've owned this watch for a year and a half and I wear it just about 24/7. I wear it swimming about twice a week, kayaking, hiking, and all the everyday stuff. It has the features I want and use and nothing I don't. The size is perfect for my average wrist. I tried smarty watches and they are not for me. The watch rolls casual but is fine. It has an unbothered vibe I dig. A few weeks ago the small strap keeper broke while I was fidgeting with it during a high stress meeting. But my daughter made a replacement using friendship bracelet material. Pretty cool. Also, the printing on the casing quickly wore off, it looks fine without it. The glass is scratched up a bit, but nothing that makes it look terrible. I just bought another, chunkier version for my daughter (no smarty watch culture for her, either). I will certainly buy this watch again, or something much like it, when the times comes.
