I have for many years got my calcium tablets from Cosco. No matter which kind I get they are big and hard to swallow. When thing I noticed is that on Amazon when people write reviews they spend so much time complaining about the tiniest things . For example read many reviews that said that a few of these tablets where broken in the bottle . Oh my goodness . It's not just this review but in almost every review I read there are people that complain about the stupidest things and so what if you have a few broken tablets in the bottom of the bottle ? I just took a couple of these pills and compared to the calcium pills that I've taken the last 20 years these are very very very nice . I don't struggle to swallow your bed you To Go Right down and Can't Imagine Them Not Being or doing what they claim to do which is to give you some calcium.. Since I just got these I can't tell you how well they're working until I have a bone scan or see how strong my nails are. Am I wrong to assume that these would not be on the market unless they were FDA approved? Get over the couple capsules that are broken people . Get a life

Could of been better
Decent brand but a lot of broken capsules and powdery all over the inside. Had to dump all out and wipe down most capsuls and found that atleast 10 were broken and and spilled contents.

Now with more carbonate
Apparently this "calcium citrate" product, that I have been buying for years, now also contains calcium carbonate. Completely defeats the purpose of getting citrate. Do not appreciate that the name remains unchanged.

No se si tienen mucha calidad, pero hay que tomar 4 diarias y para mi es excesivo. Tampoco me sentaban muy bien. No he repetido

Elegí esta composición de citrato de calcio porque permite asimilarse sin tener que comer, con un simple vaso de agua es suficiente. Son cápsulas y eso me encanta porque son fáciles de tragar. Dicen de tomar 4 para alcanzar los 1000mg lo que corresponde a 250mg por cápsula. Personalmente tomaré 3 por dia, mañana noche y mediodía, lo que hará que dure 1 mes visto que trae 90 cápsulas.
