Awesome!
Best case I've built in so far. And that's saying a lot since I've built at least a couple dozen PC's in the last couple years. Plenty of cable management, built-in fan controller, a couple included fans (which I didn't use but seem like decent quality), and a high quality glass side panel. One feature I really like is the reset button location. It's under the front lip of the case so your girlfriend's six-year-old doesn't lean on it and reset the PC while you're gaming. The fan controller button is also located here. Very clean and sleek look overall. Plenty of room for my components and enough height for a Hyper 212 Evo cooler. I really like the PSU shroud too. Most importantly, the front is mesh and you get great airflow which is always the main feature I look for in a gaming case. I love it. It's a big upgrade in size (actually downgrade in size over my old NZXT Phantom Full Tower) and gets me back into the modern age. Reccomended!

Solid case for a good price
It was really easy to put the PC together with the removable top, my fat hands have trouble getting in corners so that was a big benefit. It has great airflow , but that comes at the cost of some extra noise unless you buy some after market case fans that are quiet. That being said the 2 case fans that came with it work fine and serve the intended purpose. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the aesthetics and the functionality of this case, which was purchased 4 months ago at the time of this review

Great case for the price.
This case was not my first choice, I really wanted the Lian-li LANCOOL 2 Mesh but it was coming on a slow boat from China and I needed a case to put my new PC together. I'm so glad I went with the Phanteks case. I ordered the case without all the RGB fans because normally they suck and I wanted to buy my own fans anyway. This thing has great cable management, plenty of entry and exit points for cables. In general, this is probably the best sub $70 case you can get right now. Its airflow is great, the only downside to the case is the fact that a radiator cannot be top mounted. Great case, great quality, great cable management, great price. 10/10.

Great airflow case for the price
Great airflow, very easy to work in (most of the case is screwed together, not riveted; pulling the top off made things so much easier), and a great price for the features and build quality. Stock fans seem to produced decent airflow and are relatively quiet. I added two 140mm front intake fans and found I could still fit a 120 below them (though that required drilling two holes to mount it securely) - without the hard drive cage, this delivers air somewhat effectively to the GPU; At full bore and 100% GPU usage, 500rpm slower on the GPU fans is the biggest bonus, because the GPU fans I currently have are incredibly loud at full bore. With a large air cooled push/pull setup on the CPU, I found the rear/top fans aren't really doing much here. With the front top fan VRAM temp was up a bit and it was blowing cool. I may experiment with blocking that area off completely. A single rear fan seemed to help temps very slightly, so I've left that in only. Dust filter on the bottom for the power supply with tall enough feet to get some nice airflow (as long as it's not on carpet!), and a vented shroud (important here since otherwise that bottom front fan wouldn't be helping the GPU. A fan on top of this trying to pull air through and direct it to the GPU hurt performance - probably hurting actual airflow pattern despite moving where intended. Interior cable routing was a breeze, with 3 included velco straps - a nice touch at this price point. Nothing fancy here, but simple and effective. Power button has a very nice tactile feel, which was a pleasant surprise. No more mushy "just push it till it stops moving" switches. While the price is great for the performance, you do get what you pay for here; fans are good (noise, airflow, and range of rpm) but not great, and are not PWM. Sheet metal is thin and if your fan has a bit of a buzz, it'll resonate - this is especially noticeable on the top. It will dent/bend easily, so a little care is needed. The glass arrived on mine in perfect condition, but tempered glass takes a little care to handle; a small imperfection can cause it to shatter without any clear indication why when it happens.

Excellent case in the price range
This is an awesome case, and you can't beat the price. This case worked out great for my first time build, easy and roomy to build in while providing great airflow with it's mesh front and room for three 120mm fans. I had no issues with the tempered glass side panel, it feels very sturdy and in fact I find it easy to remove and replace if needed. I highly recommend this case to anyone looking for a mid-range in price and size case with build quality and airflow being your priorities.

Good case for building pc
This case is a good case to build in. Good room for cable management compare to my old case. Excellent airflow due to the mesh front. Comes with two fans and a fan controller for up to three fans. Extra room for additional HDD if you wish to install. From what I see only two ssd slots. Wish I could fit three 140mm fan in front but it could only take two. But would take three 120mm fans in front.

Great case to showcase your PC
P400a has great airflow and looks attractive! The PSU shroud helps hide any unsightly wires and the back panel allows yous to keep the front of the case looking clean. If you buy exhaust fans that are LED for the top of the case I suggest using 140mm fans. When mounting 120mm fans they appear off center (really only noticeable when looking at your pc top down) Also note that I can only front mount an AIO cooler. I knew this going in but for anyone that skims past that detail in some of the product info pics may be in for a surprise.

Love this tower!
The Phanteks P400A is a fantastic mid tower at a good price. The build quality is solid and the fans are nice and quiet. The tempered glass side shows off my Ryzen7 RGB cooler fan nicely. The cable routing system is great and the HDD and SSD parking spots are perfect. You can't go wrong with this tower! There is no DVD parking in this tower so I will attach my old DVD R/W via USB with a converter cable. I will only connect it when I need it, which is hardly ever. I highly recommend the Phanteks P400A for your build.

Great airflow!
What a wonderful looking case! Sturdy & well crafted. Lots of room for fans, an AIO, etc.. & cable management was a breeze. The PSU shroud makes things so much easier. The front mesh panel allows a ton of airflow & catches dust quite well. It was an absolute pleasure building in this case & I highly recommend it to anyone having temperature issues due to inadequate airflow.

Fantastic case
Great Case and well worth the £75 I paid for It. Mesh cases are an absolute must these days and hopefully this trend will get even more popular. My CPU is 15c cooler than in my previous Fractal define C and my GPU is sustaining higher clock speeds, nothing else has changed except the case. As for noise levels these are a little higher in general but my Noctua fan rpm's are lower due to non constrictive airflow so really evens itself out. If you already have better case fans and don't want the RGB then buy the non digital version to save a few quid. Well done Phanteks
