Chamomile, Soothing Support for Digestion, Respiratory Tract and Relaxation, 100 Servings, 100 VegCaps

I take chamomile mainly to treat my stomach issues (gastritis and IBS). I take one capsule along with bacopa and a multivitamin after eating. It helps relieve pain or nausea I feel after eating. I use it whenever my stomach is bothering me and it almost always is able to settle it down. It's pretty good for relieving anxiety as well, but there are better alternatives out there. Chamomile can be sedating which isn't good if you take it during the day. There are better options that aren't sedating or as sedating like passion flower, kava, kanna, or an adaptogen such as ashwagandha or rhodiola rosea. For insomnia, chamomile may help, but it's better to combine it with other supplements rather than taking it by itself. A good combination is chamomile with passion flower, valerian, magnesium, lemon balm, and maybe GABA and skullcap as well. If your insomnia is severe, I would recommend taking melatonin too. Overall, this chamomile is a good product and the price is very good. I've bought products from Solaray before and I've never had any complaints. They're a good company and their products are cheap, but still good quality.

I bought these for my son, who was having a terrible time sleeping. My mother-in-law suggested chamomile tea. He hated the taste, but said it helped him sleep, so I looked for pills I took one to see how they were. They do taste of chamomile, but only a little and it goes away after you drink. I don't feel any different when I take them, but he says they work great for him. Anything to help him calm down.

this really helped me sleep, I take it with other pills, but this made them work faster, and a better sleep too. (Update, be careful, they will increase body temp as they burn fat at night and during the day before the next dose. I take with a tiny bit of 5mg of melatonin, I am 51 years old)

Wow... I usually take standardized extract chamomile and I couldn’t find one bottle for prime so I got this instead. I now have a full bottle of this that I have to throw away. couldn’t sleep just sedated me and woke up very groggy and irritable. Tried for about 5 days awful awful. Buy the other one with purple cap as you never are groggy, you fall asleep without sedation and wake up with more energy. Insane I hated this stuff !

Great chamomile capsules. I love that they're veggie caps. Helps relax me...and it helps when I have an upset stomach. Highly recommend.

Two capsules and hour before bed at night wasn’t quite enough, but bumping the dose to three and I fall asleep easily and go back to sleep easily after waking up to —uh— yeah, that. Never before have I gotten a reliable 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
