Amerex is one of the best extinguishers available however the product pictured and the actual product delivered are not the same. I intended to install this in my truck and the description states "with wall bracket" however the picture shows a strapped bracket. It is off the picture description that I ordered the extinguisher however the bracket included is a simple loose wall bracket for home or shop use without the strap. This obviously will not work in a vehicle. VERY MISLEADING! I want the extinguisher but I want the mount bracket shown in the picture.

The Fire Extingusher arrived early was packaged really well and we were happy to be able to put it in the space in our new car.  I once saw a car burn and have carried every since just in case.  Amerex is more costly than other brands but the quality and the metal controls are the reason I will not carry any other brand.  Was a Quality Engineer for a major Defense Contractor before I retired and was privileged to visit the factory and see the production processes.  If you want American made quality this is the one you want its not cheap but do you want cheap if your having a fire?The supplier was great came early they contacted us to see if the shipment was satisfactory and if we were pleased you can not go wrong with them, when I need another I'll use them again.

Product arrived quickly.  The canister looks good.  The only disappointment is the bracket that came with the unit.  It is not what is pictured with the product.  The product picture shows a clamping bracket.  That is what I wanted as this is going in my trailer camper.  What came was a simple U-shaped hanger which would be appropriate in a stationary location.
