Review: This worked IMMEDIATELY on my first try! - In my work as a wildlife biologist, I've trapped many many rats with snap traps, but never gophers. One was threatening my garden, so I tried this and it worked within an hour of me setting it. I had to watch a YouTube video to understand how to set it properly, but once I figured it out and set it, the results were near immediate and amazing. One caveat - the gopher was very securely trapped, but not dead when I pulled the trap out of the hole. I had to finish the job with a shovel, which could be difficult for some. I hated killing the gopher, but I have a huge, beautiful vegetable garden that I wanted to protect more! I highly recommend this extremely effective product.
