BELL Honker 400 Dome Horn - Blue

The noise is just so fun and nostalgic. It’s hard for my son (2) to press hard enough to create the noise sometimes, but it’s an instant hit.

Toddler loves! The horn on riding veh hard to push, so a thought to just buy one. IT'S GREAT! Love the color, love the clamp to adjust add to a toy vehicle. Great price. I received fast and well packaged. Thanks

So...we bought this to scare the grackles and starlings away last spring. It worked great! The other birds finally got the chance to come to the feeders. Yes, the pests would come back, but after a while, the number of them decreased substantially. So I would have to say it worked well. It would also work great on a bike.

Actually I bought this hoping to scare away the coyotes when I walk my dog. It makes noise, but not loud enough to scare a coyote.

First, no tools required, and no tiny screws to lose. Second, it takes 10 seconds to attach. I love the sound--like an old-timey horn. It's loud but not aggressively loud. I keep two bells: a thumb one that makes the single ping sound that pedestrians recognize, and this one for when a more substantial sound is necessary.

Doesn’t fit the trike but my toddler loves it which is why it’s 3 stars. It would be 5 if it fit the handle bar

Great ah-oooga sound!

I had a bike honker horn like this one years ago and loved it. Been looking for another and finally found this one. Easy placement and use, no more reaching to ring a metal bell, this one is small but very visible on my handlebars. Nice sound, wish it was a bit louder but does the job. Thanks.

May sound crazy but I purchased this for my wheelchair and people get a great kick out of me beeping at them. Certainly inspires them to move out of my way. It is not overly loud and not sure how well it would work on a busy street with traffic, may be hard to hear. It is perfect for me. Very happy with my bell honker.

This is pretty useful when there is traffic noise and needing pedestrians or other cyclists to hear you coming. It has a thicker/deeper much louder tone than a small bell. If you push hard is very loud and lightly it can be quieter. Its a modern version of a horn and so instead of being shaped like a trumpet its just a compact dome. I angled mine forward so the holes the sound comes out the bottom of will be projected more forward rather then directly to the ground. I ordered a couple more for other bikes I have. I only wish there was a red or grey version to match my bike!
